By continuing to communicate with us or by continuing to use our services following the amendments, modifications or updates to this Notice, you shall be treated as having accepted all the changes.
You consent for to us collect, record, hold, store, use and process your personal data in the manner contemplated in this Notice shall be implied, when appointing or engaging us to provide services to you, or by accessing and using our website or by interacting with us via any means.
- Personal Data We Collect
Personal Data may include name, nationality, national registration identification number (NRIC)/passport number (whichever applicable), age, contact number, correspondence address, e-mail address, occupation, banking details, financial/ creditworthiness information, and other such data deem necessary/required for us to render our services and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your personal data may come into our firm’s possession through, inter alia: –
the course of our services, you may provide personal data to us, as clients or other parties involved in the performance of our professional service. Your personal data may also be provided by someone on your behalf, in which case, we will assume until notified otherwise, that you have authorised the disclosure of your personal data to us.

- Right over Personal Data
We acknowledge that you shall have the absolute right and discretion whether to provide your personal data to us. Any provision of personal data by you shall be treated as provided voluntarily. If you do not provide the necessary personal data, such failure will/may result in us not being able to:
- establish the necessary solicitor-client relationship or undertake any legal transaction or render any legal service; and
- receive any legal developments, publications and our services.

We shall endeavour to protect the personal data and safeguard against unauthorised or unlawful access to, or modification, disclosure or destruction of your personal data, thus far possible. If our data processing is carried out by a third party, we will require that they adhere to our standards.
